Refund Policy

We want you to love your Honeysage Skin essentials. If something isn't right with your order, here's how we can help.

Returns

Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. To start a return, contact us at oneysageteam@gmail.com with your order number.

For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns of opened or used products unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll replace the item or refund you in full, including shipping.

Refund timing

Once we receive your return (or approve a refund for damaged items), refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days. Your bank may take a few additional days to post the credit.
